Book online and pay a 30% deposit by credit card; the reservation becomes firm once the deposit is received and you receive the confirmation email.

Fourteen days before your arrival you will receive an email with a link to pay the outstanding amount by credit card, and the full balance must be settled before arrival.

No, the contracted period cannot be modified, either reduced or extended.

Check-in is from 17:00 to 22:00, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 on the day of departure.

You must inform reception in advance if you expect to arrive later than 22:00 so they can note your late arrival.

If the accommodation is not occupied within 24 hours of the planned arrival without prior written notice, the contract is cancelled, the amount paid is forfeited and the bungalow may be re-rented.

Cancelling forfeits 25% of the deposit; cancellations 31–50 days before arrival lose 50%, and cancellations less than 30 days before arrival lose 100% of the deposit. Requests must be emailed to cancel@ballena-alegre.com.

The resort securely stores a token of your credit card; after a joint inspection at check-out, the token is used only if there are damages or cleaning issues.

Every bungalow includes cutlery, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, personal fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and standard appliances such as fridge, microwave, toaster and gas cooker.

Yes, cots and high chairs are available free of charge when requested at the time of booking.

Depending on the model, bungalows accommodate a maximum of five to six people, babies included.

Pets are welcome only on designated camping pitches; they are not permitted inside bungalows.

Bungalows are designated smoke-free spaces.

Silence is required from 24:00 to 07:00, and vehicle circulation is also prohibited during those hours.

Only one vehicle is allowed per bungalow; a second vehicle can be parked in the external car park across the road for an additional fee.
